My opinion depends on what you are going for:

1. Raw
   1. Best Blade/Tube/Disc build is 3x same status type + Atk
   2. Best reinforcement combo is probably: 4x Attack and 1x Sharp
2. Status or Element
   1. Best Blade/Tube/Disc build is 3x same status/element type + Affinity
   2. Best reinforcement combo is probably: 4x Element and 1x Sharp
